Consumer Focus, in conjunction with the Energy Saving Trust has published their report into consumer experiences of microgeneration systems. Research conducted by RS Consulting showed that most consumers with installed systems have had a positive experience, which is encouraging others to invest but identifies lessons for Feed-in Tariff (FiT) reviews, the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) development and delivery, and Green Deal development and delivery.
